Estate planning is important for everyone, even if you do not have a "large" estate.  The foundation of an effective estate plan is the Revocable Living Trust.  A simple Will usually is adequate for those having assets under $100,000 in fair market value, but for those with assets over $100,000 a Revocable Living Trust has many benefits.
